The automatic stamp is the best option when you need to stamp frequently and quickly. This type of stamp includes an integrated ink pad, allowing for continuous, clean, and consistent use. It is ideal for documents, invoices, daily orders, or any situation where the stamp is used multiple times a day.
How do I order a custom stamp?
Ordering a custom stamp is simple: you send us your file, we prepare a mockup for approval, and once it’s confirmed, we move into production. This way, we ensure the stamp turns out exactly as you want, with no surprises.
1. Upload your file (logo, artwork, or text)
You can upload your file directly on the product page or send it by email, if you prefer. The better the file quality, the sharper the stamp will be. If you only have an image (e.g. JPG/PNG), we can also help adjust it when possible.
If the image is not suitable, we’ll propose a graphic adjustment. Alternatively, you can always cancel the order and we’ll issue a refund.
2. Receive a mockup by email for approval
Before production, we always send a digital mockup showing the final appearance of the stamp (size, framing, and print area). Here you can confirm if everything is correct or request minor adjustments. We only proceed to production after your approval.
3. Stamp production (after approval)
After the mockup is approved, we produce the stamp using high-definition, durable materials to ensure a clean and long-lasting impression. The production time depends on the model and the order volume, but the process is always the same: approval first, production later.
4. Shipping and order tracking
