Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods, to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract concluded through the website www.simcarimbo.com, without the need to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Sim Carimbo of their decision in writing, by email to simcarimbo@gmail.com, before the expiry of the aforementioned period.
1.1 Conditions for Accepting Returns
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the cumulative fulfillment of the following conditions:
a) The items must be returned in perfect condition, complete and without signs of use, in the original packaging in which they were sent;
b) Personalized products, manufactured according to specifications provided by the Customer, are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with point (c) of paragraph 1 of Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, except in cases of manufacturing defect or manifest error attributable to Sim Carimbo;
c) Perishable products or products susceptible to rapid deterioration are not eligible for return;
d) In the case of a refund for products purchased at a discounted price, promotion or special offer, only the amount actually paid by the Customer will be refunded;
e) Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except where the return results from an error or defect attributable to Sim Carimbo;
f) The items must be sent to the address indicated in point 2 within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. For the purposes of compliance with deadlines, the date shown on the shipping receipt shall be considered valid.

2.1 Refunds
After receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract and provided that all the conditions described in point 1 have been met, Sim Carimbo undertakes to refund the amount paid for the products within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Sim Carimbo reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of their shipment has been provided.
If the returned items show signs of use, damage, missing components, or are not in perfect condition, no refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to the Customer.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
3. Warranty, Manufacturing Defects and Complaints
3.1 Products in General
All products sold are covered by the applicable legal warranty. Procedures for activating the warranty may vary depending on the brand or type of product and are communicated with the products. The Customer must retain the purchase invoice throughout the entire warranty period.
3.2 Complaints
To report manufacturing defects or malfunctions, the Customer must send an email to simcarimbo@gmail.com, including:

A detailed description of the issue;

Photographs or videos clearly illustrating the defect or malfunction;

The invoice number or proof of purchase.
After reviewing the complaint, Sim Carimbo will contact the Customer to present an appropriate solution, which may consist of:

Replacement of the product (when available);

Repair, where applicable;

Refund of the amount paid for the product.
