How Are Our Stamps Made?

We are often asked: “How are your stamps made?”
The answer always starts in the same place: we are manufacturers, not resellers. We produce everything in-house, piece by piece, using our own materials and our own method.

Rubber — precision and durability

We use a special high-resistance rubber made specifically for stamps, designed to last for years without losing definition. It is engraved with such precision that we can create ultra-fine lines starting at 0.05 mm, thinner than a strand of hair.

Wood — the solid foundation

Each base is made from FSC-certified wood, cut by us or by our partners at CASCI, a local social institution. We choose wood that is light, comfortable and sturdy so the stamp is easy to use and built to last.
Once cut, the wood is sanded and prepared by hand to receive the rubber with maximum precision.

Foam — more stable impressions

On larger stamps, we apply a cushioning foam layer that helps distribute pressure and achieve a uniform print, even on big surfaces.
This combination is what ensures crisp, clean and consistent impressions.

Handle — control and comfort

The handle is the support we place on top of larger stamps to make application easier and more accurate. It helps distribute pressure, gives stability in the hand and allows you to stamp larger surfaces with much more comfort and control.

Assembly — handcrafted, piece by piece

Each stamp is assembled by hand, following a careful and consistent process. We glue the rubber, align the matrix, paint the tops, varnish the wood and always test the print before shipping.

It is a piece-by-piece job, but organised in a way that allows us to maintain stable quality across every order.

The result is reliable, long-lasting stamps, ready to handle both single requests and larger production runs with the same level of precision.

In the end, what we guarantee is simple: stable, high-definition stamps made with reliable materials and built to last.

Our entire process, from rubber engraving to wood assembly, has been refined to ensure clean impressions, precise lines and consistent results, whether for one piece or a large-scale series.

This is how we produce: with accuracy, with method and with genuine attention to final quality.
